Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging. Simply contact our customer care team for assistance with your return.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are available for items returned within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to find a suitable replacement that meets your needs.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.​

Custom Order Policy

 

Shine Candle Co. is pleased to offer custom candles and fragrances for brands, events, and gifts. Please allow additional time for these orders, as they are created specifically for you. Custom orders are non-refundable due to their personalized nature, but we ensure quality and satisfaction in every product we deliver.
